Encerramento das Comemorações do Centenário do Maestro José Pedro

The closing of the commemorations of the centenary of the birth of Maestro José Pedro ends with a Video Concert at Teatro Municipal Sá de Miranda. An inescapable figure of the Viana do Castelo social environment in the last decades of the last century, especially for having been one of the protagonists of the impulse given to the musical culture of the city and the district of Viana do Castelo.

A Video Concert where the most important facts of the 45 years of the Music School history will be projected, with the interpretation of the most emblematic song of that period, by Maestro José Pedro, in the voice of the student who interpreted it for the first time.

The programme includes the participation of a total of eleven male and female singers, the Children’s Choir, the Light Orchestra and the reeds / bagpipe band.
