Encontros de Cinema de Viana

The Viana Film Meetings, organized by the Association AO NORTE and the Viana do Castelo Council, are a unique experience in the cultural environment of the region and the country, by providing a common space for sharing, training and debate in which film students and schools of the region, film club members from Portugal and Galicia and the general public come together, enriched with the active participation of professionals in this artistic medium.

This space of exhibition, promotion and reflection bets on a strong connection with the youngest, to the convocation of a broad and plural spectrum of audiences and the stimulation of creative work on the image and its power to represent what surrounds us.
